Our Team

Jonathan Bertfield leads our team with over 15 years experience creating products for consumers and educators at publishing companies such as Broderbund, Scholastic, Schoolnet and three book-focused venture-funded start-ups. His most recent venture prior to Peroozal was Pint Sized Mobile where he and Gregg developed mobile games for the iPhone platform.

Gregg Delcurla is using all of his 20 years of experience to drive our technology team, having built enterprise level publishing and data management systems for companies such as Thompson Corporation and Scholastic. Gregg is a serial creator, writing novels, comic books, short stories, and screenplays. He has also produced and directed two independent movies and aspires to produce and direct many more.

Simon Lipskar is Chairman of Peroozal and is an agent and partner at Writers House, one of the country’s leading literary agencies. Simon represents a large number of bestselling and award-winning authors of literary and commercial fiction, narrative nonfiction and fiction for young readers. Simon is an accomplished musician and conductor, and when he is not agenting, peroozing or spending time with his family, he is the conductor of the New Jersey Youth Symphony./p>

M.J. Rose leads Peroozal’s marketing team. M.J. is a bestselling author (The Memorist and the Hypnotist) and one of the founding members of ITW. The FOXTV series Past Life was based on her novels. In her own past life M.J. was the creative director of a top NYC ad agency. More recently the founder of Authorbuzz – the first ad agency for authors. She’s been at the forefront of innovation in the publishing world for over a decade.
