I really enjoyed this book because of the action, adventure, intrigue and the history woven into a masterful fictional story. Berry makes the politics of religion come alive and draws the reader in with real characters. Read it!
Explosive in both its pace and its revelations, The Third Secret is a remarkable international thriller. Bestselling author Steve Berry tackles some of the most controversial ideas of our time in a breakneck journey through the history of the Church and the future of religion.
Fatima, Portugal, 1917: The Virgin Mary…
Plenty of bark and bite, sizzle and emotion…a tangled tale of delightful intrigue. Well done.
A sizzling thrill ride… seamlessly melding global politics, cutting-edge technology, and the dark world of espionage into a compelling, full-blooded novel. [Lynds is] a master of the spy thriller.
A terrific historical thriller dealing with Eliot Ness’ final case, from the ultra-talented Bernhardt.
“Kuzneski has hit his stride. He’s writing at full throttle, with unparalleled acceleration and expert control. Hop aboard for a great ride.”
Damnable is chocked full of deeply flawed, but intensely intriguing characters,
simultaneously unconventional, disturbing, and remarkable. Its flare for the macabre makes the suspense tingle, and the story lingers long after the final page. One awesome kick-off.
The real contribution of Dan Brown and his marvelously inventive story is the effect that both he and his publisher had on the international suspense thriller. Together, they breathed life back into something that was all but dead.
The master, David Morrell, returns with a terrific holiday spy drama. Proof positive that great things can come in small packages.
A GREAT story, written by one GREAT author after another, in one GREAT chapter after another. A stellar achievement of collectivity that blows from the starting gate at 100 mph and never slows down. A-thrill-a-page from GREAT thriller masters. Don’t miss this one.
Lisa recently won the International Thriller Writer’s Thriller of the Year award. This book proves why. She’s a writer who knows what she’s doing.
This is the one that started it all for James Rollins. I still recall the day i first saw it in a bookstore, picked it up, and decided to read it. That began a long affair with every Rollins book since. He’s one of the masters of the genre so start here and enjoy them all.
All of Joe’s books are well done but my favorite is Extraordinary Powers. One of the best first person thrillers around (and that’s really tough to do). I’ve told Joe several times that he ought to write more stories like that one. Check it out.
One of my Top 5 all time favorite stories. Sharon writes historical fiction better than anyone around. She is a master of the genre. This tale, sweeping in scope, will totally suck you in. I loved it.
I loved this book. I wish I’d thought of the “so what” at the end. It’s imaginative, action packed, and interesting. A fascinating take on the Oak Island mystery, while not setting the story on Oak Island. Well done.
Another fine thriller from a writer who knows how to craft a novel. Lots a magic and mayhem here, all from an imagination that simply captivates the reader. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed. And that blurb on the cover, you gotta love that.
Another superb example of how a master crafts a thriller. There’s an entire chapter in here that’s only a few lines long, and those few lines tell you everything you need to know. Morrell is the finest living thriller writer today. Bar none.
